Call Reports Problem

Hi there,

Whenever I want to retrieve call reports from previous weeks & previous months, it does not show the call reports at all. It's zero.

I can only retrieve the call reports data at the same week Monday - Sunday.
When it's on Monday, I can't retrieve call data on previous day which is on Sunday.

My queue name is 200.

Is it because of cache or the queue log?

No it's almost surely because your queue_log was rotated, so data that "used to be" there is not there anymore. See http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=205 for a complete workaround.
