Logging problems after upgrade queuemetrics to 12.5.1

Hi
 I just tried to upgrade from the queuemetrics version 1.5.3 to the 12.5.1
I used:
    yum install queuemetrics
And followed the procedure from the manual.

When I try to open the browser I got this error:

HTTP Status 404 - /queuemetrics/tpf
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /queuemetrics/tpf

description The requested resource (/queuemetrics/tpf) is not available.

I went to this route

 /usr/local/queuemetrics/tomcat/webapps/queuemetrics/WEB-INF
 
And run this command

     xmlwf < web.xml

And it does not show any error message.
I really need help to solve it. Please

This is usually caused by a wrong web.xml, so that the whole webapp is not mounted.

I´m using the same web.xml from the previous version.

 If i run the test you suggest in another post, it doesn´t give any error.

I would make a backup, remove everything and reinstall from scratch.
