The only thing qloaderd does is to connect to the MySQL server that QM uses - that is usually on the same box, but could be anywhere - and upload data there. Might be that for firewall reasons it could be unreachable from the box running Asterisk?

Asterisk should do that - you could run a cron at midnight and logoff agents.

As you can see you need to have:

Most likely it has to be installed separately in your environment (I'm not a PHP expert).

Yes the database is populated via qloaderd (I guess) but qloaderd does not create records. So I guess they come from somewhere else.....

Yes you add them as attributes for the call.
BTW we are working on making this process automatic for the next release - so that you can basically set up a caller-id for the agent at the campaign level, and that's it. :)

This is a good question - a call is supposed to have either a COMPLETEAGENT or a COMPLETECALLER but not both. If both appear, it is a bug in Asterisk :)

Do you want to get a list of queue mappings for some agent as they are now, or the set of queues an agent was working on at a specific point in time?
Both things can be done though the XML-RPC API.

This is weird as qloaderd does not create new lines but only inserts existing ones... does this happen all of  the time?
