Yes - likely it's because they are sorted as strings.
This could be addressed by changing the date format in the language files, so that 9:45 AM gets to be 09:45 AM.
We are tracking this as bug #615.

Please keep ups posted on how it goes with 1.6. We did some preliminary testing and it seems to work well, but we did not really run a load test.

It was actually a bug in QM, we tracked that as #612, and we already fixed it. If you need a beta, just contact our Support staff to get an updated version.

From what we have seen, most Asterisk versions 1.6 have the Originate command broken (up to 1.6.0.3 released last week)  so most functions won't work. Are you really sure you want to use 1.6 for production?  :D

Running QueueMetrics / Re: remotely stored recorded calls
« on: January 20, 2009, 10:18:24 »
You should be able to simply store calls in a NFS or Samba mount, in a subdirectory per day (so that search times stay reasonable), e.g.

/mnt/recordingserver/calls/2008-12-03/Queue1-10234567.12.wav

by using the LocalFilesByDay module.

Actually I don't think it's atime error, but the fact that QM natively stores calls in the order they are hung up, so this si the native showing mode. You should be able to sort them any way you like anyway.

Which version of Asterisk are you using? are you using a pre-canned distribution, e.g. a TrixBox?

Thanks for pointing that out. We advise for using direct TCP connection rather than call-files, if possible.

You should be seeing calls in the active queues at least, that is the "all selected" plus a line for each active queue. If you don't, please contact Support so we can open up a bug (they will ask you to send over a config files likely).

We track this as bug #611.

That's a stuopid mistake on ouyr side - it's just "Terminated" Somehow the HTML string went into our language files. If this is a show stopper from you we may post corrected English-language translations.

This is caused by the security model - QM is "blind" to queues that is not supposed to see in the queue list.
In any case, if you can see the details of each single queue in the Realtime page, you should be able to access those right from the XML-RPC interface as well.

I often use it and I do get email. Are you sure it's not an anti-spam issue on your side.

You could pull information from the aggregate queue and integrate it wit queue-by queue data when needed.

We just released a new version of the XML-RPC user manual that includes support for client-side Javascript.

You can find it here: http://queuemetrics.com/download/QueueMetrics_XmlRpc_v17.pdf
