Subqueue report on "hidden queues"
« on: September 11, 2009, 04:34:45 »
We're using the subqueue reports so that we can report on individual incoming DIDs.  Currently, we make the imported hidden queues visible on the main pulldown for reports as necessary.

We have hundreds of DIDs and we're adding more on a regular basis.  The "auto configure" ability that automatically creates the "hidden sub-queues" in QueueMetrics is a life-saver.

But can we run a report on one of these subqueues without having to go into each one and make it visible?  On the main pulldown we have our "summary reports" and a single pulldown with hundreds of entries would be unwieldy.  However, a sub-queue lookup-style entry field would be great.

Is there something I'm missing or maybe an easy way to do this?

Thanks

You could run a report on mainqueue.* so that all calls would be shown but you would have a count by sub-queue. If you want to see only one sub-queue, instead, you'll have to make it visible.
