Running QueueMetrics / agent login in realtime page

i found that even if the agent log off,she is remain in the login table in realtime page
i post a excel on netdrive for the agent 50223's record ,i can see her in realtime page after 18:00,what's wrong?

today i found qm can't show the report.After debug,i found it was a problem with mysql.A update query take a long time and update statement is ' update queuemetrics.queue_log set data1='12' where call_id='******' and verb='CONNECT' limit 1 '.But this statement usually execute very quick,what may cause it? *** was my call id

sometimes some data may unusual，like malicious call、server error ,it make the report imprecise,especially it relate to the agent's payroll.So could QM supply to del or hide the invalid data

Running QueueMetrics / tomcat memory

to fix the error,i change the  /etc/init.d/qm-tomcat6 file from "export JAVA_OPTS="-Xms2048M -Xmx2048M -server"" to ""export JAVA_OPTS="-Xms3072M -Xmx3072M -server"",but then QM can't start,does tomcat limit the memory?

could you add "useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&characterSetResults=utf8" to JDBC_URL in web.xml because some utf8 character saving?

BTW:if loway team want to figure out which item should use utf8 encoding in mysql ,i would glad to do it.

could you change queuemetrics_cn_CN.properties to queuemetrics_zh_CN.properties，in java queuemetrics_zh_CN.properties is correct，i need to modify it every time qm update
