Running QueueMetrics / Agent group issue

I m unable to filter by choosing created agent group. I have created 2 groups. Lets say Group1 and Group2 , in all reports and Real time monitoring when i choose Group1 or Group2 everything is blank. But when choose Default it shows data for both. Though in default there is no any agents. What should i do? Is it known issue? Is tehere any workaround?
