Running QueueMetrics / Re: Wait time always 0
« on: July 03, 2013, 10:00:05 »
Hi.

Could you provide us a short piece of your queue_log file where is possible to see the events associated to a single call?

Best regards,
Marco Signorini.

On the realtime page there should be the reason too. Could you provide a short part of your queue log file where we can find some agent login and pause, pause-reason events?
Feel free to send us to support at loway.ch

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi.
A quick question: do you see the icon on the list appearing below the wand and, if yes, clicking on that do you see a popup where you can insert the extension to be called for listening the call?

Marco.

Hi.

Could you, please, post the value associated to the key:

sqlPreset.1.f_partition

in the configuration.properties file?

Looking at the error seems that the SQL statement is missing the name of the field used to store the partition. As you suggested it should be something similar to "WHERE partition = 'P001'". The field name is stored on the key sqlPreset.1.f_partition.

... and it's fixed on next coming QM 12.5 release.

Thanks.
Marco.

MySQL storage and Qloaderd/Uniloader / Re: Qloaderd missing data
« on: October 06, 2011, 17:34:57 »
Hi.
We investigated about the problem but we are not able to replicate it.
Could it be a problem with the partition?
Looking at your log I can see that the data are restored on partition P001. Is that partition your actual working partition?

Hi,

could you, please, send us a piece of your queue_log reporting one of the outbound calls above?

Thank you and regards,
Marco.

Hi,

@avishnev: Sorry, just to clarify:

Quote
I rebuilt and re-installed and queue_log is working as before.

means that is not working yet?

Best regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi,

It depends.
If the problem was related to asterisk, it probably was not able to update the queue_log file.
If you're able to identify events for the past days, on that file, they probably were already update to your database by the qloader.
If you're able to identify events that are present in the queue_log file but not in the queue_log table (i.e. the qloader already updated more recent events) your qloader daemon will not be able to update past events automatically.
In order to fill the hole you would like to use the queuePartialUpdater tool as explained here: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QLoader-chunked/ar01s03.html

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi,
I don't know if it's a bug.
The best would be to be able to replicate here the same problem.

Could you open a support ticket and send the part of queue_log showing the problem?

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

@matts. With "atomic item" I mean an elementary item that can not be splitted and/or altered. What I would like to say is that on QueueMetrics the tables are elementary items. Tables could be used to generate reports but can't be altered adding and/or removing columns on that.
If you need information that are not shown by any QueueMetrics table you have two options:

1. Ask for a modification to the support team. It will be evaluated and we will propose a development cost. and/or
2. Use the XML-RPC interface to ask to QueueMetrics the needed information and generate by yourself the presentation layer. Examples of XML-RPC calls are on the QueueMetrics website: http://www.queuemetrics.com/manual_list.jsp

Best regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi,

Is not possible to add a column to a specific table.
Reports could be customized adding or removing specific tables as the "atomic item".

Best regards,
Marco Signorini.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Logrotate & Queuemetrics Issue
« on: July 25, 2011, 12:37:33 »
Hi.

If you're using a DB as a queue data source for QueueMetrics this is not related to the log-rotation of your queue_log file.
This is, more probably, something is reported to this FAQ: http://www.queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-020-midnight-rt

If, instead, you're using the queue_log file as a source, I suggest to install the qloader daemon and let it able to upload all events to QueueMetrics database. This is the best modality you can have to overcome to the log-rotation problem.

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: working with outgoing calls
« on: July 25, 2011, 12:34:05 »
Hi.

This is not something handled by QueueMetrics.
The outbound calls are made through a "normal" dialplan. We suggest to define a queue just to let able QueueMetrics to show statistics on outbound calls but this type of calls are not sent to a queue.

In order to have the ability to pause agents for outbound calls you need to implement some trick at the asterisk level and treat them as they are inbound calls.

Best regards,
Marco Signorini

Running QueueMetrics / Re: error report

Unfortunately not.
JSP are generated/completed on the fly by the servlet that you're not able to run for the problem you reported.
If the licence was expired, please contact us. If you think the problem is not related to licence expiration, please contact us.  :P

Best regards,
Marco Signorini.
