QueueMetrics version 1.5.5 has been released today. This release includes a long-awaited
AJAX real-time page and wallboard. We initially added it as an optional link from the front-page, so that you can choose whether to use the old or the new realtime pages. Comments are welcome - keep in mind this is experimental.
These are the major upgrades over the previous versions:
- #858 - New AJAX based realtime and wallboard pages!
- #876 / #917: Duplicate ABANDON records caused some calls to be counted twice.
- #688 - Filter out queues on the AddMember/RemoveMember agent buttons
- #711 - Oreka: New URL video format
- #730 - Inserted new fields in the answered call details. Added a new popup for unanswered call details.
- #734 - Authentication page: authentication with "return" key
- #769 - Master key visible on list of users
- #795 - SQL invalid syntax in call detail popup
- #845 - The realtime page doesn't show correctly agents associated to macro-queues
- #850 - Breakdown per Area Code
- #852 - Some TechException at startup
- #880 - Two calls shown for SIP extensions
- #881 - Encoding in XML-RPC
- #882 - Agent page: show logged queues when ACBL is used
- #886 - I can't modify some dropdown in the realtime
- #887 - The agent popup doesn't close anymore after 30 seconds
- #889 - Problems in the new Realtime Page

If you would like to write a language pack for your native language, it's very easy and it only takes a couple of hours' work. See the Translating QueueMetrics document from the Manuals page.
As always, we value your feedback on how to improve QueueMetrics to make it a better fit to your needs.
