Is it possible to integrate QueueMetrics and Cisco CM ?
« on: September 30, 2009, 13:45:03 »
Dear All,

We are using a Cisco Call manager hardware device, we want to use Asterisk+QueueMetrics for handling features that are not available in Cisco CM which is mainly some features like queues and enhanced monitoring.

The point is we want the agents to login from the Cisco CM NOT Asterisk SIP users, where for example we need to identify the user in QueueMetrics interface as SIP/<CM IP Address>/1001 and so on, so SIP users will authenticate from Cisco CM and QueueMetrics will handling the monitoring and all the other tasks ..

We are actually a VOIP solutions provider and need to know if this is possible ASAP, if it is possible we will buy some licenses.

Thanks in Advance.

This should not be an issue, if you use log-ons and log-offs they will look a bit strange, so it would be better if you used Local/XXX@agents channels that can be rewritten esily by QM. Anyway it should not be an issue.
