So you have it again as unanswered in the report?
Are you able to find the related records on the queue_log file?

Marco Signorini.

Hi,

It could be. What version of mysql is running on the box?
Are you able to create a temporary table with the mysql user queuemetrics through a command line?

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi

Could you, please, open a ticket at support(at)loway.ch sending your web.xml and the tpf.properties files you can find on the WEB-INF folder in the QueueMetrics root folder install?

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: working with outgoing calls
« on: July 15, 2011, 10:55:59 »
Hi,

I'm sorry but I did not understood what do you need to have reported on the statistics and what's the complete scenario where you're working.
Could you, please, explain?

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Remote recording directory
« on: July 15, 2011, 10:48:44 »
Hi,

Yes. It's the same. The idea is to let able the server where QM is running to read the call files.
What you can do is to mount an NFS share on a folder (for example /share/calls ) then modify the keys:

audio.server=it.loway.app.queuemetrics.callListen.listeners.LocalFiles
default.monitored_calls=/share/calls

The first key tells QueueMetrics to read to a server local folder, the second key specifies the folder.
Please remember to restart QueueMetrics and to properly set the file access permissions.

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Some our customers were able to run QueueMetrics with the asterisk version 1.8 installed on the latest FreePBX.
He reported asterisk was not logging queue activity to the queue_log file until he added a dummy static agent on a queue.

We did not tried that solution so it's something not official we have to investigate. If you have time and you want to do it, please tell us more!

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini.

Hi.

Are you able to find the queuemetrics-java package?
Let's try to uninstall-it then re-install the queuemetrics package.

Is the /etc/init.d/queuemetrics file present?
Did you tried to issue a /etc/init.d/queuemetrics stop and /etc/init.d/queuemetrics start sequence?

Thanks.
Marco Signorini.

QueueMetrics installation / Re: User and Agent creation
« on: July 15, 2011, 10:31:16 »
Hi Byron.
This is not possible, actually.
We did not implemented because there could be more agents than users. This is not a 1 to 1 relation.

Moreover this could be a good suggestion. I'm thinking to something that could be optionally executed if a flag is checked on the user page creation.
[edit]It's now the bug 1351 on our bug tracker[/edit]

Thank you and regards,
Marco Signorini

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Error Starting QueueMetrics

Hi.
I'm not sure but probably we solved the problem by phone conversation some days ago?

Thank you and regards.
Marco Signorini.

Great job.
What you did is correct!

I'll investigate why the database updater was not able to do it automagically by installing the two version and replicating here the update.

Thank you again.
Marco Signorini.
