Running QueueMetrics / Re: QA form corrections
« on: May 26, 2014, 13:55:07 »
We have this scheduled for Q3 2014. At the moment the only option is delete and rebuild.

62
This should be easy to do by sending a CURL request to Wombat to tell  it to start a campaign, as explained in http://manuals.loway.ch/WD_UserManual-chunked/ch08.html#HTTPCONTROL

Would you like to share your solution? I'm sure other users could be interested as well.  ;D

This looks like an AMI issue - the login QM uses to talk to Asterisk. The big change is in the way Qs are handled - with 1.4 you likely had AGENTCALLBACKLOGIN but it is not there any more in newer Asterisk, so we suggest using Agent Hotdesking instead - see http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ch24.html#_enabling_hotdesking_in_the_agent_page

64
Thanks! Can I add this to the User manual? please send an email to our support line so we know how you want to be credited in the manual.

65
Easiest - rename the files.

66
Look at the file names - are there any special characters in them? especially spaces and plusses (+).

That error is meant to avoid people hacking the system and accessing to other recordings through QM if they have not seen the page first.

You can pull the same data from the RAW table, and ask for any associted recordings using a separate method QM.findAudio as described in http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_XML-RPC_manual-chunked/ch03.html#_the_method_qm_findaudio

68
Just update QM to the latest version and it will work.

Because you enter its URL as a parameter, as described in detail for XS01 in the manual - see http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ch06.html#_externally_generated_reports - this is what you were looking for correct?

71
Do agents appear to be logged in in QM or not? and are they logged in at the Asterisk level?

+1 :)

The idea behind "Force all" is that is QueueMetrics knows you are logged on to queues A and B, but you should log off from A B and C, it will only try logging you off from A and C and will skip B (in order to save time and resources on the server). Sometimes this is not what you want, e.g. if the set of queues is incorrect, so you can use "force all" to have QM log off from all queues no matter if it is aware you're logged in or not.

The details of how that is to be implemented can be found here: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_XML-RPC_manual-chunked/ch06.html

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Pause code and receive call

I don't think so - when you are paused, you are paused at the ACD level. How do you tell if an agent is not answering the phone because they are finishing processing email?
