How is your database storage set up?
It may be because QM tries to conserve resources when running agent page reports.

Which ones?

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Insert pause codes
« on: May 20, 2010, 10:23:55 »
No: the pause code is a code that is entered WHEN an agent is on pause, to know WHY the agent is on pause.

See here: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s20.html#_enabling_pause_codes

You should use either AGENTCALLBACK or ADDMEMBER.

1355
If you fake AGENTLOGINs, everything should work as expected. Or you could fake ADDMEMBERs.
The only big problem is if agents stay logged in over the realtime visibility window - but you can either change that or replicate AGENTLOGIN records every 24 hrs or so....

1356
No that's just there.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: queue call questions please help
« on: May 19, 2010, 11:36:34 »
About #1, you need to limit the number of calls on their extension. If not, your CC will never work reliably.

About #2, in Asterisk each queue is independent and has no visibility about other queues, so there is no simple workaround - unless you use only one queue.

I am adding this as a feature request.

We track this as #1103

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Undefined Call Direction
« on: May 19, 2010, 11:31:05 »
That's because at the moment that information is linked to each subqueue, so you'd have to define each with their own direction.
I am opening a feature request so that they may "inherit" this setup.

Good question - it depends on what you do with it and how many people are accessing it.   Try 512M and see if you cam work comfortably.

As an agent is available "in general", they appear on all queues at once; that's why we strip them with the requirement that they take at least one call.

If you use ADDMEMBER the problem does not arise.

Did you set the direction for each queue in the queue definition?

I don't remember if the QA stuff was already present in 1.5.0 (but I guess it was); you need to give your users the correct keys to see them. See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/apb.html
