Admin Logon
« on: March 31, 2010, 16:07:39 »
This is a simple question but I am having a brain #$@$ right now, where do you setup the login information for visitors and how do you restrict what they see in their view. I am looking to give a company access to only their Queue Stats. Better yet can I give them a logon to the system that would show only their queue stats on the realtime window?

Thanks in advance...

That sounds like a VISITOR profile to me :)
Please check:

Anyway you need to understand Users and user Classes - see  http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s02.html#_understanding_basic_security_mechanisms

After browsing the boards a bit, and looking for answers on other things, I think I found that I can create the sub-queues on the inbound.  Then, when I define the queue, I can set a key code, that I assign the visitor.  Is this correct?
