We have configured vicidial for out bound call centre application.
We are trying to use queuemetrics as a reporting tool for it, and we have configured vicidial for queuemetrics reporting through vicidial's web interface system setting.
queue metrice is showing the data through the queuemetrice storage info page.
Vicidial is also populating the queue_log lable of queuemetrics.
The problem is that queuemetrics fails to generate any vicidial's reports,
please advice on vicidial + queuemetrics integration.
