asterisk 1.8 queue_log

i use asterisk1.8 on centos from yum.I found that the queue_logfile record the agent name instead of number,how can i set it to num?

This is because you defined a name for the agent; if you leave it blank, you will have the interface's code instead.

    status changed from new to closed.
    resolution set to fixed.
    component changed from - choose - to Queues.
    description changed.

Ask quemetrics to update their software. This is how the static agents are configured in Asterisk 1.8

This is somewhat related to my problems described here: http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?topic=1294.0

The changes made to the Asterisk 1.8 table can be seen here (though it might not be lastest info): https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=17082

I imagine that QM will need to be changed to adapt to 1.8, but FreePBX likely needs to be modified when not running on 1.8.

coolname: what changes did you make to FreePBX? I presume you modified [macro-agent-add]?

Is nothing is changed on the FreePBX end, what happens when an agent's name is changed?Say someone gets married and changes their last name. When I update the extension's FreePBX "Friendly Name" will I need to set up a new agent in QM? Won't this use up one of my licensed agents?

Or is QM going to modify how these things are tracked?

i changed the freepbx code of  modules/queue/functions.inc.php
number 157:$output .= "member=$member,".substr($member,0,strlen($member)-4).",hint:".$matches[1]."@ext-local\n";
number 633 634: AMPUSER/${CALLBACKNUM}/cidname  to  Local/${CALLBACKNUM}@from-queue
then the queue_log will like the asterisk 1.4 .But i donn't know if it will broken the asterisk data?
