I'm looking for a way to retrieve audio files without getting the error message : ""Illegal file access: the file is not in the list of allowed files."
I can get the file with the browser by clicking on the magnifying glass but it's not what i want.
I have asterisk ID, agent name, i have the link but it seems that getting the file by url it's not possible.
I don't have access to file server, only with robot user or admin user of queuemetrics.
Is there a way to get those files with java without browser ?
