Title: Button 'Dial' not active in Agent Page

Pl, advise me, why this button not active?
QM 1.5.1, Asterisk 1.4.24, CentOS 4.7

Because your agent is not logged on. :)

I see on main page after push 'Log on' button:
"Agent/111: Agent is currently logged on"
But the button "Dial" is still not active!

It's turned off either because the agent is not logged in or because it's disabeld in the config files.
