Running QueueMetrics / Initialize stats

Hi!

What's the best way to initialize Queuemetrics statistics?

A simple "delete from queue_log" would be enough?

I don't want to loose all my settings, agents, queues and call outcomes definitions.

After some testing, I would like to start in "real world", and I don't want to deal with all the test calls I have in the reports now.

General Asterisk configuration / Dynamic agents support in agent web interface?

Hi!

As I understand, a dynamic agent is not able to connect or disconnect (or pause/unpause) from a certain queue via the agent web page. Isn't it?

If not available... any hope that it would be possible in a future (soon) release?
