Running QueueMetrics / Known Numbers

How is the know numbers work in QueueMetrics ?
Is there anyway I use this known numbers in custom report or any kind of report?
'Cause I'm trying to use it and I can't use it. The number don't show with the name.

Hello,
First of all, sorry for my bad english.

So, Let's go to my problem:
I installed CentOS, Asterisk and QueueMetrics.
After all configurantion (Queues, Agents, Users, etc (pbx too)), my agent A logs into his designated queues and the agents B too.
B calls to A, call works.
But I have the following problem: the Agent Page don't reload.
