So if more than 2 phones was used, but noone use QM, the reports can't be seen?

So the QM will show only reports only for 2 phones?

I have 1.5.0 version

I have configured QM to show me reports for 3 queues, 105 - INbound, q-105 outbound and IN/OUT queue 105/q-105

When I try to Run Custom Report and select q-105 queue to show the report for 1 to 4 March the mesage is :

Alert:Requested Analysis exceed the number of licenced agents for this version of QM. You should upgrade your licence or
reduce the number of data to be analysed.

I'm the only user loged. (How I can check this?)
The 2 agents licences are free or only some part of aplication is free?

Running QueueMetrics / users for visitors only for some reports

I have some clients which I charge per call so they would need to see a report only for their queue (inbound and outbound)

The queues have a Visibility key let's say client1, I have setup users haveng the same key, but when I log in and try to run reports is telling me Alert: Invalid keyring for user. USER key needed

hello,

I have configured Elastix 1.3.2 with quemetrics and I can see reports for inbound queue and for outbound queue.I'm using 1.5.0 ver.

I want to have only one report where my client can see calls in and calls out, there is a section where appear Inbound and Outbound but I could't do to appear the calls in every section.
