From the error, looks like that you're trying to use the API, is that so?
Otherwise you should remove the XS01, XS02, XS03 blocks from your reports (from the "Edit reports" page).

They are useful only if you have external generated data to be shown in QM: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s06.html   (6.14)

Installing WombatDialer / Re: Uninstall wombat
« on: April 22, 2016, 16:39:59 »
Hi Stephen,

if you want to be sure just remove the wombat webapp in /usr/local/queuemetrics/tomcat/webapps then the 'wombat' database in mysql :)

Hi Juan,
looks like you're using the free emo license (2 agents); that expires automatically after one year; the possible solutions are:

- Reinstall QueueMetrics to get a new free license, you can keep your configuration file and the database
- Buy a license of QueueMetrics, the least expensive is the 10 agents/1 server which will give you right to mail support as well, and it lasts 4 years, give a look here for pricings: https://www.queuemetrics.com/buy.jsp

Kind Regards
Mirko

Hi,

are you logging your extension into the queues using the QueueMetrics agent's page?

Hi gopal2k,

as for the webphone, unfortunately we think this technology is still not very mature and yet is not fully supported by some versions of Asterisk (better with version 13), and the browsers.

In general if you update QueueMetrics your configuration doesn't change and new features are not enabled by default, you have to add them manually, but you still get all the improvement and bug fixes, so keeping it updated is highy recommended.
Also, using the new agent's page doesn't force you to use the webphone.

Hi Jean,

to disable the hotdesking you need to set default.hotdesking=0 in the QueueMetrics configuration.
After that you can set a fixed extension for each agent in the agent configuration ("Edit agents" page, pencil icon) in the "Current terminal" field

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Agent Logon Issue

is your QueueMetrics set in order to read from database? Reading directly from queue_log prevents it from auto-refreshing (it's only for debug).

Hi,

are you sure that admin/amp123 are valid credentials for AMI in your PBX? Check that in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf

Hello Jean,

are all of your agents using always the same extensions?

Hi,

QueueMetrics simply looks for files that have the asterisk call id in the filename, you should check that the file is saved with the original call id.
