General Asterisk configuration / agents.conf is not being loaded by setup wizard (1.5.5)

Hello, After updrading to 1.5.5 setup wizard is not loading agents.conf
I'm not sure if there is something i missed.

in the agent's page, I just wondering if is there any way to open automatically a third party CRM app, instead of clicking the open link.
