Running QueueMetrics / Queuemetrics doesn't record the reports.

Hi,

Since i had energy fault my queue metrics doesn’t show any agent status, cdr, and reports. But i’ve notice that mysql is connecting and database is correct.
Anyone could make a suggestion to fix up those problems ?
