thanks, clearing the cache worked for me :)
My problem is now solved! Thanks for the help

2
Ok, clear answer. Thanks!

In addition to this problem I noticed that on the home page of QM it says 1.7.0.0 on the title bar.
But on the custom report page it says 1.6.3.0 which is weird I guess?

I managed to test in chrome as well, but same error.....
Any ideas? Can I supply any logging perhaps?

5
I also tried IE8 but no luck as well. It is a citrix environment so it's not possible to install chrome to test with (system administrator should do this, and this will take long etc...)
So I hope IE8 is satisfactory :) But same problem here....

Thanks for the quick reply, we allready tried using this parameters.
They only involve the 4 lowest buttons on the Individual agents page...
If we set realtime.agent_button_X.enabled to false, it gets grey but is still visible, if we disable all the buttons however, none are shown.
We would like to enable one or two and not show the other two if possible.
Also we would like the top buttons hidden...

these can be set with: callfile.agentaddmember.enabled for example.
If we diable this button, it gets grey, but we would like to know if we could completely hide this button?

Yes I do.
And it is also filled with a date....
But I still get the error.
I allready tried to re-enter the date but no luck

Hi,

Is there a way to hide the disabled buttons on the Individual agents page?
At this moment some buttons can be or are disabled, but are still shown on the page.
We would like to hide these buttons if possible.
Thanks in advance!

Henry

When I press the button XML output on the realtime monitoring page I get the following error:

This seems as a bug to me?
Or do I need to configure something differently?

QueueMetrics is installed on asterisk 1.8.
I use Windows XP SP3 to monitor with firefox 3.6 as my browser

Hi,

We are using QM 1.7.0.0 and are having problems running a custom report.
When trying to run we get the following error: Alert! It is mandatory to enter a start date
but we did enter a start and end date. We keep getting this error, even when we restart QM, and even a full reboot of the system did not help.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance!
