Running QueueMetrics / Re: Assigning a user multiple Keys
« on: April 11, 2013, 22:59:29 »
I'm going to bump this.  We have run into a problem that having multiple user keys within the user detail page has malfunctioned, allowing users not meant to see/listen to queues/recording to have full access.  User keys in this context are all separated by a space, and the keys desired all have the '-' in front.  I am unable to trace down the malfunction of why this is failing.

We are running QM 1.6 - upgrading is not an option.  Please advise.

QueueMetrics installation / Error in Transaction handler
« on: December 10, 2012, 22:12:53 »
Hello!

I did a search of this particular error, and I didn't come across any relevant answers, so here I am.

I currently am running Queuemetrics with a temporary licence to see if it will be a solution that we are looking for.  However I am getting a regular error upon session timeout:

A problem occurred in QueueMetrics.
The following error occured in the Transaction handler:
"The verb 'qm_realtime2' requires a key that the current user does not hold"

If need be I can find a way to attach a screen shot of the error.

Currently we are just experimenting with the demoadmin version to look at the functionality, and we get this upon every session timeout, whether the user is demoadmin or just demo.  We did another separate clean install of QM on another machine, and can replicate this error. Can anyone clarify?

We are running QM on an OpenSuSe 12.1.  We have not integrated it with Vicidial at this time.

Thanks again for your help in advance.
