QueueMetrics installation / Problems with call recordings after upgrade to v12

Hi
I upgraded our Queuemetrics to v12 from 1.7.1.7 and now have problems opening call recordings from the call detail popup.
This worked fine before the upgrade but I now get qm_popup_streamAudio.do as the file to be downloaded/opened instead of the real file name.
Recordings are in gsm format and the browser is Firefox, although I have also tried Chrome and IE9.
If I continue with the download and save the .do file as .gsm I can play it with Quicktime but this is not a solution as we need to roll this version out to customer systems.
