I am trying atmos integration with queuemetrics, I already see the url of the incoming calls in the Queumetrics call detail and I can listen to them, but the outgoing calls I only see the URL and when I click play it does not play anything, it seems that the audio is empty. However in the callcabinet portal if I listen to the audio. Can you help me?

I install Queuemetrics live and do not see the URL of the audio in the queue details to listen to it.
