Running QueueMetrics / Call Reports Problem

Hi there,
Whenever I want to retrieve call reports from previous weeks & previous months, it does not show the call reports at all. It's zero.
I can only retrieve the call reports data at the same week Monday - Sunday.
When it's on Monday, I can't retrieve call data on previous day which is on Sunday.
My queue name is 200.
Is it because of cache or the queue log?
