Agents can not enter pause

I wanted to ask if anyone has had the problem that agents can not enter pauses if you know how to solve the problem would be grateful if I could explain or if not that suggestions can give me

Note: Use Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

Hello camilorios40,

just a few questions:

- Which version of QueueMetrics are you using?
- Are you using the new agent's page (the one with windows)?
- What happens exactly? When you click pause the wheel continue spinning for a while? If you refresh manually (F5) then the action is marked as performed?

The same issue describe above was just reported to me too, using the following; Software release: Loway QueueMetrics - 15.02.2
 B: 5353 2015-03-13 09:24

Note: using the new agent page, when select pause code the wheel just keep spinning and after a while it stops however the agent is not paused. the only way it works is to totally log out of the queue then log in again then use the pause function and then it works.

Thank you for your answers
Install the version that I indicate in the previous comments and best yet it not solved at all, also changed the version of the browser by only Mozilla - Firefox.
