Running QueueMetrics / Hide disabled buttons on Individual agents page

Hi,

Is there a way to hide the disabled buttons on the Individual agents page?
At this moment some buttons can be or are disabled, but are still shown on the page.
We would like to hide these buttons if possible.

Running QueueMetrics / Error when on realtime monitoring page and pressing XML output

When I press the button XML output on the realtime monitoring page I get the following error:

This seems as a bug to me?
Or do I need to configure something differently?

Running QueueMetrics / Custom Report error: It is mandatory to enter a start date

Hi,

We are using QM 1.7.0.0 and are having problems running a custom report.
When trying to run we get the following error: Alert! It is mandatory to enter a start date
but we did enter a start and end date. We keep getting this error, even when we restart QM, and even a full reboot of the system did not help.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
