WombatDialer Soporte en Español / wombat dialer agent page

Hola, estoy intentando usar la pagina de agente de wombat dialer tal y como dice en la documentación :

ip_servidro:8080/wombat/agents/rd_pop.jsp?agent=SIP/826

Pero me da error de tomcat:

Hi i have a robot user Withe key ROBOT, with this key I can connecto by xmlrpc and get data.  For example i can get Outcomes. But i need connect with othe user an get outcomes with the key of user, only outcomes that have the  key of the user. There are any way to get outcomes Queues etc without KEY ROBOT, the problem is that  the user with key robot retreive all outcomes.
