General Asterisk configuration / Agents Reports

Hello friends, I begin runnig reports but when i went to the Agents Reports I still have all in zero. I searched the installation guide and in that part, says that if i'm connecting straigh to the phone terminal i will have this part in zero.

The question is: How do I know if i'm connected straight to the terminal?
Where are the terminals of the eyebeam softphone? and there is a way of doing in Free PBX?

Hello, I have a question .

To begin  running reports, Do I need to have the queues and agents defined in Asterisk?
What else? Is that only?

Running QueueMetrics / Configuring system preferences

Hello, I have a doubt.
To start running reports, do I have to configure configuation.properties file?
In the first part that says: # This is the internal ID (ex. 7, 49...) of the preselected default queue.
default queue=1 (Do I have to change this to the queue that I have configure in queues.conf???''??)

Running QueueMetrics / Agents don't appear

Hello, when i get in setup wizard- in the part of available agents i cannot get the table with the agents.
In file paths i have /etc/asterisk/agents.conf. Also i went to agents.conf file and i have the agent, the extension and the password.
Then i went to Cfg Agents and Cfg Users and i put the agent and the extension, then saved.
But when i get in Available Agents part, only i have a yellow box that says Agent Code, Password, Full Name, without the agents.

QueueMetrics installation / Can't unpack QM

Hello, I can't unpack the QM, first i download it using wget command, then when i'm going to download using tar -zxvf command, then this appears:

tar: QueueMetrics-1.4.3-trial.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

I don'nt know what's happening
Help me please!
