General Asterisk configuration / Re: Queue Login for AST 1.2

I had found this before but, and I know this is a retarded question, what .conf file does this go into?  I am running trixbox 2.2 with freepbx and modify most of the files through freepbx.  So any "dial plan" stuff is gui based and I cant find what .conf files are updated in the process.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

General Asterisk configuration / Queue Login for AST 1.2

I have read tons on this, but cannot figure out how to use the information I have found.

In short, I want the Agent to login to the webpage, and use the Login button.  Today, this will log the Agent into Queuemetrics, but will not log into the Queue's.

So the question is, how can I accomplish both?  Log into the Queuemetics Agent page (as this allows Real Time tracking), and have that function sign the agent into and out of the Phone Queues?

I see the Agent info being update on the Live tab by signing in and out of the Queue using the 501* or 501** (our queue number is 501).  However, this will not enable Queuemetrics to see the agent.  So I assume the link above is used to address that, I just can't figure out how to use that code.  I am running tixbox 2.2 on Asterisk 1.2.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
