Running QueueMetrics / Agent realtime status report

Hello!

I was wondering if it is possible to list all queues that agent is currently logged in from QueueMetrics? Does anyone knows how this can be achieved?

Hello!

One of our clients has two QM servers for old and new phone systems. Both QM servers are up to date. They are planning to fully switch to new one and requested to migrate queue statistics data from one QM server into another.

Can someone tell if dupming queue_log table on old system, restoring it and manually creating queues in the GUI on new one will be enough?
