Bulk adding/importing agents to Queuemetrics
« on: May 26, 2016, 11:18:01 »
Hi Guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me here.

We currently have a 10 year old physical server running Asterisk FreePBX and Queuemetrics version 12. We have now set up 2 new virtual servers for our various brands running the latest version of Queuemetrics and with that comes the headache of migrating our 1500+ agents across to these two new servers.

Is there any way of bulk creating/adding users/agents in Queuemetrics that will allow us to assign them to pre-created queues as the current way of doing it will take forever to add the users to the system.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
K

 Hi DOSIT,

no, that's not possible at the moment, unless you dont use the JSON API to do that: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_JSON_manual-chunked/ch03.html
