According to the 1.5.1 docs, xmlrpc_findaudio.php should be included with QueueMetrics. Does anyone know where I can find this?  I do not see it in 1.4.7 or 1.5.1.

*snip* from page 108:

The details of how to write an XML-RPC server for the QMAudio.findStoredFile interface can be found
on the XML-RPC guide for QueueMetrics. We ship a sample implementation of such a server in the
xmlrpc_findaudio.php server that comes with QueueMetrics.

Any update on this?

Sorry, I did not explain myself very well. When you click on Date to sort the calls by time, it sorts everything >= 10am properly. Everything before 10am does not sort in numerical order. This is confirmed on Mac Firefox and Linux Firefox. Can you see if you can reproduce this? Just make sure to have calls earlier than 10am.

Thank you,

Running QueueMetrics / Re: remotely stored recorded calls
« on: January 19, 2009, 23:15:39 »
If you want to do some programming, you can use the xml interface that Queuemetrics provides to store the calls remotely. We just nfs mount the partition and point Queuemetrics at that. It seems to work pretty well. I do want to eventually use the xml route so calls can be stored encrypted.

When running custom reports the date/time is not in a consistent order for calls before 10am.

I am running version 1.4.7.1. Has this been fixed in a newer version?

Thank you,

Running QueueMetrics / Any kind of access logs?
« on: October 27, 2008, 22:11:16 »
Is there any way to log when someone has logged in and who/when someone listens to recorded phone calls? I did a quick search through the manual and through configuration.properties but I did not see anything.

I'm not sure if ClassicXmlRpcRecordings would give who did it but should allow the time to be logged.

Thanks,
Scooby2

QueueMetrics news / Re: QueueMetrics 1.4.7 released
« on: September 25, 2008, 20:25:15 »
The buttons definitely work now, but before this release you could select which option to show by default with the realtime.members_only option. realtime.members_only=false would show all agents where as now it shows members only. Reverting to 1.4.6 fixes the problem. Does this make sense?

realtime.members_only=false   seems to be broken? By default 1.4.7 is showing members only and you have to click to see any agent. This worked fine in 1.4.6.

Scripting QueueMetrics / Re: Wallboard Example script
« on: September 12, 2008, 06:15:50 »
Thanks Bevort. That helps the bottom part.

It appears at least with 1.4.6 that RTCallsBeingProc is not working or this script does not use it right. Anyone using one of these scripts and 1.4.6 with success?

Running QueueMetrics / Re: stuck/hung calls with 1.4.4?
« on: September 06, 2008, 08:09:14 »
Could a feature request be put in to make this user configurable? Our call center loves everything about 1.4.6 except for this and the broken buttons which sound like they should be fixed in the next release.

QueueMetrics installation / Re: callfile.dir question
« on: September 04, 2008, 16:12:51 »
Ok, I just changed this back to use /var/spool/asterisk/monitor for now. I guess I can worry about how to deal with them at a later date.

Thanks!

It is wierd as this happens on both 1.2.15 and 1.4.21.2 with QueueMetrics 1.4.x. We never experienced this issue with 1.3.1. Obviously it seems Asterisk is broke but I am confused. Should I be using unanswered=yes in cdr.conf on 1.4?
