Running Asterisk 1.6 (with PBX in a Flash) and Queuemetrics on 2 servers.
Qloader seems running fine on Asterisk server. But there is no data showing on the queuemetric.
Here is the qloaderd.log:

I checked all 3 possible causes for the problem mentioned in your FAQ: http://queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-058-qm_not_working. What else could cause the problem?

Thanks,

I am using Queuemetrics version 1.5.5 and I am having the same problem. This problem seems occurred after update the pbx using update-scripts, update-fixes and update-source(PBX in a Flash commands) Please help.

All the tables in the reports and the RT page are datasets - you just need to find the proper names.

Thanks, but how to find the proper names?

You run a report for a given time period, get the raw calls and loop over them :)

Thanks, but could you point out which report you were referring to?
Could you give some sample code, please?

What is datasets in QM? Can you give me an example that shows matching a dataitem in QM to a XML.RPC call?
Thanks in advance.
No it's all documented here: http://queuemetrics.com/download/QueueMetrics_XmlRpc_v13.pdf

The exact data is the same as for the result table with the same name, so you firdt look un in QM which datasets you need, then look for their name in the docs, and then you query them.

1. if the agent is in the list, he's logged on.
2. if he is on pause, you should have a time id in the pause column
3. look in the calls datablock to see who is on call and who is not

That is helpful, Could you also tell me how I get the following data:
1. percentage of calls answered within a specified number of seconds (20 secs, for example)
2. the number of abandoned calls from a specified time that have lasted more than x secs
3. total incoming calls from a specified time

Thanks
