queue_log table was corrupt.

A repair fixed my  problem.

I didn’t look in the mysql log.

I have a QM server where QM stopped working today and I found the database to be corrupted and managed to repair it but now every time I what to view report in QM I get the following error:

Alert: The file sql:P001|P02 does not exist

I don't know where to even start looking for the problem.

Please help if you can.

General Asterisk configuration / Adding Pause Reason

Hi

I want to add pause reasons to Queuemetrics but not sure how.

Did anybody maybe got this working?

I'm using Asterisk 1.2.24 and Queuemetrics 1.4

Running QueueMetrics / Queue Information

Hi

I'm running QM 1.4 with Asterisk PBX.

My question or problem is with my queue information the all selected queue show all the info but not the individual queue's. Queue 11 is the only other queue showing number of agents and available agents and none of the other queues even if there are agents logged into those queues. If you run a show queues from Asterisk console it display all the agents and their status fine.

Each Agent log into 2 queues, can that maybe be a problem?

General Asterisk configuration / Asterisk log rotating

Hi

I'm new to QueueMetrics and my problem is that you have to disable log rotate on the asterisk log files.

I have full logging enable to do debugging but the file gets really big and when I work in the full log file asterisk stop responding for a while.

There must be a way to still do a log rotate but not rotate the queue_log, as that is the most important file for QueueMetrics, or do I maybe miss something here?

I just need to rotate the asterisk full log every day.
