QueueMetrics installation / Asterisk 13.2.0 and QueueMetrics

Hi Guys,

I'm about to compile Asterisks in a new server, and I'm wondering if this new version is stable with QueueMetrics. We rely heavily on QM in our CallCenter and I wanna make sure I won't run into incompatibility issues later on.

Is there a way in QueueMetrics to check agents Logging in and out times ? Like what time they join the Queue and what time they remove themselves?

Hi,

Is there a way to make queuemetrics cleanup the list of agents logged in to the Queue after a certain time ?

For example at 7pm QM should remove all the agents logged to the system?

This is exactly what's happening in our call center too with almost the same mistakes, I was wondering if it's possible for the administrator to remove the agents who entered the wrong extension or they don't have the correct queues for the real time dashboard?
