I have created a new form and created the sections that I need but I am not able to create new Line "item" to check off during the call audit.

Let me try this again in a different way.  Under QA:Forms you have the list of forms if you click on the little people icon it brings you to QA:ITem for Form: Quality Assurance under this area you can add new items to the QA Form. Example that is in the drop down menu SCG: How positive clear and eager was the use of the Corporate Greeting?  I need to add different items beside what is listed in the drop down menu.  How do I do that?

I am sorry I do not think I explained it very well what I was looking for.   Under the edit form for the QA at the top there is a place to 'add new item'.  The drop down menu on the right is where I want to add other information.  Is there a way to add other selections to the drop down menu.  Thanks in advance for the help.

How do I add different Items to be graded on.  There is only a drop down menu to select from.  I need to add to that for the different Departments that we have in my company.  They listen for different things between each department.

In the tab for Cfg QA for the item form is there a way to enter a specific detail for the function.  All it has is a drop down menu and I can not enter my own criteria for the form.

I check.  The WEB-INF/web.xml or WEB-INF/lib are both there.  That was the first thing that I went to look at.  The full path that I looked at was /usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.4.3/WEB-XML/  is there any other directories that I need to look at.  I had also gone in an uninstall some apps through Gnome, like open office, games, and some other apps that did not pertain to anything dealing with queuemetrics to free up some disk space because we were at 97% used.  Do you have any other ideas what can be done to get it back up and running.  I have even went back and try reinstalling queuemetrics through yum but it still comes up with the same response via the web.

Running QueueMetrics / quemetrics webpage not coming up

Our queuemetrics machine has been running fine for a while.  I had some problem of people not being able to connect to it via the web giving error not able to connect.  So I restarted the quemetrics server.  After the restart when tring to access http://myserver:8080/queuemetrics it gives

Directory Listing For /

Filename   Size   Last Modified
Apache Tomcat/5.0.28

If I try to access http://myserver:8080
the apache web server comes up.

I checked the startup and it shows in the boot up that it is starting queuemetrics and no errors on the screen.  How do I get queuemetrics to come back up.  Do I need to reinstall queuemetrics.  We are currently using 1.4.3.  I need to get this up and running again.
After I restarted the server I looked in the /usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.4.3/WEB-XML folder and the configuration.properties file was gone.  I restored the file from a backup and restarted the machine but still getting the same response.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Running QueueMetrics / Synchronized QM clock and Asterisk Clock

We have the QM on a separate machine than our Asterisk Machine.  Everything is working fine but the clocks between the two systems are not synchronize.

I have in the config file
liveclock.enable=true

How do I get the QM System to synchronize with the Asterisk System?
