That is already set and still when I go to Real-Time report (ajax), I see that Queue scroll is set to Active (so it only shows active queues) and Agents is set to Memebers which doesn't show me any members. I have to set both Queue and Agents to ALL to see them all.

1- Why my agents don't show when they are set to Members?

2- What can I do to have this setup so that ALL queues and ALL agents are shown right away.

Hi Everyone,

Using PBXinaFLASH, with Queue_LOG file installation of QM. No Qloader. When entering the agent portal, none of the controls such as Log-on, Log-off or Pause work. They don't display any error message but only that the window will close in 15 seconds.

What part of the configuration am I missing?

I have never setup the manager.conf to work with QM so maybe QM doesn't have access to do the Queue log on and log off? if that is what where in QM should that be setup?

Hi Everyone,

Using PBXinaFLASH and queue_log file with implementation of QM. When logging into agent portal this is what I see:


Agent/333: Agent status cannot be determined

Can someone tell me where this comes from or how it can be fixed?

Found these in the configuration file. What are they? and why are they set to ext.200 and 104 while I don't even use those extensions?

NVM. I found the file. This should be part of the installation process for Trixbox and PBXinaFLASH.

Hi Everyone,

When clicking on any real-time report, I must set Agents to All from Agent=Members and Queue to All as well from Queues=Active to see the queues and the Agents.

1- Can you please tell me where to set this so that it automatically pulls all the queues and all the agents rather than going through this extraneous two steps?

2- And why are not my Queues active when they are really active? and why are not my agents part of members when they are really members?

Sorry if it's not so related here but wanted to post is in the MOST related section of the forum.

If one purchases a 10 agent license (4 year period), and then 5 people are fired, can the names be easily changed to the new agent's names?

I am trying to understand what sort of restrictions are there on the license. Even on the hardware change or Asterisk change?

Or is the license a real-time license where the server "call back home" every few minutes to check not multiple instances are run?

Hi Everyone,

There are a few things I like in OrderlyStats, specially some graph presentations and the fact that if agent puts someone on HOLD or PAUSE it shows fine.

1 -But I see a lot of similarities in pricing, descriptions, wording on both sites. Were these same projects forked out? or is it still both owned by the same company?

2- What are the main differences between the two? - so that we can make a better choice.

Hi All/Developers,

I would like to post a bounty for this feature for $50. Anyone else interested? As the OP mentioned there is the Music on Hold event that is generate and maybe it can be tracked from the /var/log/asterisk/full ever few minutes or so and then data can be uploaded to the queue table or added to the queue file for future use?

This will bring yet an extra field to the call handling and maybe graphs that will show the amount of time agent put the customer of HOLD.

Please weigh in.

In Queue All reports they come as local/number@from-internal.

Here is what I see if I run a report for Yesterday for All Queues and if display ALL reports in the next page:

Thanks for that.

1- Since I am running PBXinaFLASH, I think upgrade to Asterisk 1.6 shouldn't be a big problem and it seems to be the right thing to do to delegate the Queue logs to MySQL via Asterisk than using the Qloader. Please correct me if I am wrong.

2- Other than the bug that a call might sometime remain open forever unless closed when using MySQL queue log, I don't see any mention of other problems on this forum. Or is there other complications and it's better to stay wtih Queue_log file when doing about 15-20 users with AGAW?

Note: I have seen the same bug with Queue_log file as well without even using MySQL.

3- Are the reports generated on the GO when it's run? Is all pullen down from the Queue_log file or MySQL, parsed, and displayed? is there anything that QueueMetrics adds to the logs? Where are they? in a file or MySQL table? and what are they?

Same problem. I am not using qloader or mysql but rather the simple queue_log file. I can even see this message on the documentation snapshot.
