General Asterisk configuration / difference between QM and asterisk data

I'm completely new to Queuemetrics and Asterisk, but I found that the data provided by asterisk differs from the data that queuemetrics gives. The number of incoming calls in asterisk is always higher than the number of calls in queuemetrics.

What can be the reason for this?
