Hi all,
I have a problem on the queuemetrics Real time Monitorin, everything work like a charm but the only problem i have is that the ready agents is not compatible with the real agents on the asterisk loged in.
So i was wondering if is any possibility to update the available agents on the Asterisk with the Available agents on the Queuemetrics so in this way i will be aligned with the Asterisk and I will have more control on the Inbound calls flow.
