QueueMetrics installation / Report issue - All calls marked as unanswered

Hi all, I've just setup QueueMetrics on my Ubuntu server with Asterisk and at low level all seems to works well.
From web interface I can see both the real-time report and the historical report with all calls marked as unanswered.
I've check the queue_log file and also the queuemetrics database and I can see the CONNECT row/record when the agent answer a call.
In the QueueMetrics config I've added both queues and agents.
Any suggestions for debug it?
