You can get pbx in a flash from http://www.pbxinaflash.net/downloads/

I think the issue is to do with the tomcat server

Same problem here haven't investigated yet but http://machine:8080/ is a not found 404 error

correction
found JAVA_HOME var is not set
now a 503 error service unavailable
