Also under System Diagnostics > AMI tester I have no configured agents

Not sure what you mean, you don't get any connection to test? Did you copy the configuration file from the old QM?

Hi steves21,

could you check that the AMI test is ok?
also, QueueMetrics is set to read from file or from the database?

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Detailed answered call

Hello siva.ssk7,

to do that you should go to "Edit reports" and replace the data block OD03 with OD01 (on paged version).
Is the same with the unanswered calls; replace UD02 with UD01.

Kind Regards

Running QueueMetrics / Re: ongoing call in report
« on: July 02, 2015, 17:39:32 »
Hello cmoi,

they are all events created by Asterisk in the file /var/log/asterisk/queue_log,  QueueMetrics makes a big work parsing this file giving a meaning and extrapulating information from those events.

In order to select a specific call you should select it using the call_id  (if in the call list, in the reports you click on the details icon, you'll find the "Asterisk call ID").

If you want to explore the details of call more easily you can simply grep the queue_log file by the call id

Running QueueMetrics / Re: user agent real time page
« on: July 02, 2015, 16:59:46 »
Hello cmoi,

sorry for the late reply; in general the realtime page is not customizable (it will be in the future); and you can't mix realtime reports with historical reports.

To limit the visibility of a report to a specific user go to the reports detail and set a "Visibility key", then set the same key in the desired user (Edit users), in the security keys field.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: missed calls not showing on real page
« on: June 25, 2015, 15:18:36 »
Hello mathabathe,

that's because a call is not really lost by the agent but from the whole queue; until the call is not handled by an agent it is not owned by anyone.

Hello Yiannosm,

that depends on how you log in, are you using QueueMetrics to do that? Which version are you running?

The idea is that the agents logs in using the QueueMetrics Agent's page, from there they can log into the queues telling QM which extension they have in that moment (for example if they have SIP/537, they should insert 537). QueueMetrics will write an additional log in queue_log (HOTDESK). That will made the hotdesking possible.

Kind Regards

Hello camilorios40,

just a few questions:

- Which version of QueueMetrics are you using?
- Are you using the new agent's page (the one with windows)?
- What happens exactly? When you click pause the wheel continue spinning for a while? If you refresh manually (F5) then the action is marked as performed?

Hello siva.ssk7,

you should get the same behavior in the realtime page and in the reports, isn't it? Which version of QueueMetrics?
QueueMetrics doesn't have control on this aspect anyway, the caller ID comes from the provider and pass through the trunk dialplan.

Problems / Re: Queuemetrics Espresso FreePBX - #include Bug
« on: May 07, 2015, 14:39:40 »
Hi,

thanks for advise! Which version of FreePBX are you running? Actually with newer versions, espresso should already write in extensions_custom.conf

Hi nikeshshk,

sorry for that, notifies didn't work.

What you should do is to open extensions_custom.conf and create a [from-trunk-custom] context where you will include the normal [from-trunk] then add your additional operation.
(Why didn't edit directly [from-trunk] in extensions.conf? Because elastix will likely overwrite that file if you update).

Then remember to go to the trunk settings and change from "from-trunk" to "from-trunk-custom"

Hi,

actually that's not possible; I'm adding it as a suggestion to our bug tracker.
