Scripting QueueMetrics / xml-rpc Status Agent
« on: March 14, 2011, 19:18:31 »
Hello
I'm building a custom wallboard using xml-rpc and I'd like to add the agent status availability, this is, check if the user's in pause, idle, in use, etc.
I tried several xmp-rpc calls but none give me that info (or maybe I misinterpreted it)
When I go to queuemetrics and open "Live" tab, I see that info:
Using xml-rpc how can I get the info that's in "Status" column?
