General Asterisk configuration / Integration queuemetrics live with atmos

I am trying atmos to integrate it with Queuemetrics, but I can not see in Queuemetrics the URL to the recordings of outgoing calls in the call detail

I install Queuemetrics live and do not see the URL of the audio in the queue details to listen to it.


Can i help me?
