Running QueueMetrics / Cannot log in to QueueMetrics
« on: May 19, 2021, 17:05:26 »
I am having an issue every eight (8) days no agents can log in to QueueMetrics, the only way as a quick fix I implemented is to issue a "fwconsole restart" from the command line. I am running the latest version of QueueMetrics co-located with FreePBX on a server. Please note this is also happening to three separate servers with similar setup.

Did you get a chance to test the Wall Board overnight? still having browser issues with connectivity the following morning need to either refresh or start a new session to re-connect the display.

Anyone experiencing an issue with the wallboard? apparently if the browser (chrome or Firefox) as tested is left logged in overnight on the wallboard screen it freezes up or stop responding when checked the following morning. Chrome displays an error message "Aw Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage"
Firefox displays an error " Gah. Your tab crashed". Using latest updated version of QueueMetrics 19.04.1 B: 622 on FreePBX 14.0.10.3 asterisk 16.3.0

Anyone with similar issues or prove me wrong? Change your computer's time to a different time zone and test the clock widget.

I already verified this is happening from multiply computers on the same and other networks. At first I suspected that the upgrade must've been corrupted or the server itself has something to do with it however to satisfy my curiosity I installed QueueMetrics on a totally independent server running the same version of Asterisk and FreePBX and it displays the same issue. What are the chances of coincidence this happening to two separate installs?

Please note all three major browsers of Chrome, Firefox and Edge all have the same results. Using the same client to access QueueMetrics was working prior to upgrade, I doubt it is a browser issue.

Problems / Clock Widget

Since the latest update (queuemetrics.noarch 19.04.1-605)  the clock widget does not synchronize with system time it is showing one (1) hour ahead of real time computer or asterisk server time. How do I fix or is this a bug?

Any resolution to the aforementioned issue? come to find out the agent is able to log in however its the splash screen behind the new agent page that is creating this issue.

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Agents can not enter pause
« on: June 17, 2015, 18:44:10 »
The same issue describe above was just reported to me too, using the following; Software release: Loway QueueMetrics - 15.02.2
 B: 5353 2015-03-13 09:24

Note: using the new agent page, when select pause code the wheel just keep spinning and after a while it stops however the agent is not paused. the only way it works is to totally log out of the queue then log in again then use the pause function and then it works.
