Running QueueMetrics / Cannot log in to QueueMetrics

I am having an issue every eight ( days no agents can log in to QueueMetrics, the only way as a quick fix I implemented is to issue a "fwconsole restart" from the command line. I am running the latest version of QueueMetrics co-located with FreePBX on a server. Please note this is also happening to three separate servers with similar setup.
